Kathie Lee Gifford and Howard Stern really did make up.

After a three-decade feud that ended around 2012 with an apology from Stern, Gifford was still shocked when the radio host sent her a giant floral arrangement this week to wish her well upon her departure from NBC’s “Today” show.

“This is why pigs are flying all over the place,” Gifford said on Friday’s show, her final episode of “Today” after 11 years. “I came home yesterday … and this hugest, hugest bouquet of red roses, you can barely get in my house. And I’m going, ‘Oh, who did that?’ … It said: To your auspicious, or your illustrious, or something, career. All the best — take a deep breath — Howard and Beth Stern.”

“How nice is that?” she added. “That man hated my guts for 30 years and I prayed for him every single day.”

For years, Stern, 65, publicly ripped into Gifford, 65, for everything from her family to her intelligence. As she previously recalled, after a chance meeting where Gifford warmly introduced herself to Stern, he then called her to privately apologize for his years of insults.
