The British Academy Film Awards winners have been revealed – and Olivia Colman was one of the big winners of the night.

The British star scooped the Best Actress award for her role as Queen Anne in The Favourite, while co-star Rachel Weisz won Supporting Actress.

But The Favourite, which took home seven of the twelve awards it was nominated for, actually lost out to Roma for Best Film.

Rami Malek, who played Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody, won the Best Actor gong.

Joanna Lumley was back as host of the EE British Academy Film Awards ceremony for the second year running, after she replaced veteran host Stephen Fry in 2018.

Here’s a look at the BAFTA Award 2019 winners in full.
