Succession star Brian Cox brought his billionaire character from the HBO show to life on the red carpet yesterday, after wearing a face mask featuring his famous catchphrase, “f**k off”. Appearing at the premiere of the third season of the show with his wife Nicole Ansari-Cox, the couple wore matching face masks as they made their way down the red carpet.

The actor looked dapper in a black velvet suit and matching shirt and tie.

Nicole looked incredible in a floor length, dark red dress that hugged her curves

Accessorising with a pair of diamond earrings, Nicole added a slick of red lipstick and wore her short hair in dramatic waves and a side parting for the glamorous event.

However, the finishing touches to both of their outfits were the Succession-themed face masks, complete with Brian’s character’s slogan.

One side of the black mask read “f**k off”, while the other had “#TeamLoganRoy” printed on it.

According to Uproxx, Brian’s character said the famous phrase around 75 times in the first two seasons of the show.

The third series of the programme is set to debut on screens tomorrow.

Elsewhere, the actor spoke about his role as the founder and CEO of the media conglomerate Waystar Royco, elaborating on why he thinks the patriarch of the Roy family is seen as “bad”.

He said: “I think that at some point in his life, Logan has been brutalised.

“And he’s in the process of committing an act of revenge on the rest of humanity, but for really quite legitimate reasons.

“The thing that’s so hard for him is that, like Lear, he loves his children, and he would hope to see some of that love reciprocated, as opposed to them just seeing him as a chequebook, or as the road to entitlement,” he told The Guardian recently.

Also walking the red carpet was Brian’s co-star Sarah Snook, who stunned onlookers in a plunging black gown.

Showcasing her curvaceous figure in the daring dress, Sarah grinned with one hand on her hip, as her dress skimmed the red carpet.

The Australian actress happily posed for pictures with fans in her glamorous attire.

Sex Education actress Hannah Waddingham also made an appearance, stunning in sequinned red dress featuring a daring, thigh-high split at the side.

With her blonde locks pulled back into a voluminous updo, Hannah looked the epitome of black tie glamour as she walked the red carpet in sky-high pointed heels.

Keeley Hawes also made an appearance at the event.

The star attended in support of her husband Matthew Macfayden, who plays the role of Tom Wambsgans in the drama.

Opting for a more demure look, Keeley wore a knitted grey coat, which she accessorised with a glam pair of gold, sparkly heels.

The star smiled proudly at her beau, who was dressed in a smart navy suit.
