Ferne McCann has been seen heading out for the first time since issuing an apology to acid attack victim Sophie Hall, after voice messages were released in which Ferne could be heard insulting Sophie.
The former TOWIE star, 32, has found herself at the centre of controversy as far back as September, after an anonymous Instagram account released voice notes that appeared to show Ferne speaking disparagingly about former pals Sam Faiers and Billie Shepherd.
And recently yet another voice note leaked in which Ferne spoke about Sophie Hall, one of the victims of her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins' 2017 acid attack.
Since then Ferne has released a statement apologising to Sophie, but is still yet to acknowlege the previous voice messages, which have ended her friendship with fellow former TOWIE star Sam Faiers.
Despite this, Ferne was all smiles as she stepped out in Essex with entrepreneur and the co-founder of life coaching, self care and manifestation company Eleven:Eleven, Michelle Ashby.
Ferne cut a casual figure as she donned a navy blue hoodie and white riding-style leggings. She completed this relaxed look with a navy cap, which she pulled over her head and eyes.
Rather than carrying a bag, the mum-of-one carried a water bottle and her laptop, with the remainder of her person items being held in a wicker basket.
Prior to posting an apology to her Instagram story, Ferne had headed out with fiancé Lorri Haines, as the pair put on a rather loved-up display.
Lorri has continued to show support for his fiancée and has recently posted a number of encouraging statements to his Instagram account.
One post read: “Stay positive. The things you're waiting and hoping for, tend to arrive at the most unexpected moments. Good morning…!”
The businessman, 31, continued in a second post, which stated: “Sometimes you forget how awesome you are so this is a reminder”.
Ferne recently gave a public apology to Sophie over the voice notes insulting her, in a statement shared to he Instagram story, she she wrote: "I am aware that people will have a number of questions about the voice messages being put into the public domain and purportedly sent by me.
"I feel I have no choice but to address these (to the extent that I can as there are restrictions on me which I explain below).
"Most importantly I want to apologise to all the victims of Arthur Collins abhorrent actions in 2017 that they have to relive that night and the pain that followed because this matter is again in the public domain.
"In particular I want to apologise to Sophie Hall. I do not believe her to be ugly or stupid. She has been brave beyond belief."
