Jodie Marsh is not a conventional character, with spiky red hair and tattoo heavy skin along with a life that is often lived in the glare of the media spotlight.
From enforced celibacy to whirlwind romances, 40-year-old Jodie likes to keep her life interesting and this is probably the best way to sum up the house that she lives in.
A mix of modernity and Gothic ‘charm’, when you step inside her front door, you know that there might be a few decor challenges that will keep you from feeling totally at ease.
It is fair to say that Jodie’s eccentric personality comes out in with her home style tastes but among the skulls there are also some sweet touches, that show Jodie is a pussycat at heart.
Diamante skulls find their place in her beamed cottage and skulls are fairly prominent, whether they are ornamental or used as a storage container for eggs.
While there is plenty of Gothic-inspired decor, there is still room for plush home comforts, whether it is shag-pile rugs or beds that boast a generous amount of pillows.
Jodie’s master bedroom is set out to ‘make her feel like a princess’ but it would seem that no matter how many ‘frogs’ she’s kissed, there is still no prince for her just yet.
Beamed ceilings are complimented by cream wallpaper and a colourful bird of paradise motif, while a leafy blue and white pattern is used in one of the bedrooms.
Vintage mirrors in black ornamental frames are accompanied by crystal chandeliers, while a mini jukebox in the kitchen is ready to pump out some tunes.
While guests are made at home, it is Jodie’s pet cats that get a deal worth purring about. Not only are there huge cushions for their enjoyment, the lucky felines also have a huge multi-level cat playground to kick back and contemplate their existence upon.
Orchids and tons of green plants have their own space, while the living room can be shut off from the rest of the house by white shutters, in case you want to Netflix and chill in peace.
Of course, this is all without mentioning the huge Hulk that keeps an eye on proceedings.
