Meghan Markle LA move discussed by Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan’s family are “over the moon” after the Parent Trap star gave birth a baby boy.

The New York actress, who now lives in Dubai with her husband Bader Shammas, recently welcomed their first child Luai into the world.

Luai is an Arabic name which means either “shield” or “protector”.

After the news broke of Lohan’s transition to motherhood, her own mum Dina Lohan couldn’t contain her delight.

She told People magazine: “Overwhelmed with love and joy! My flight is today, so excited. He came two days early.”

The actress’ sister Aliana Lohan also couldn’t help but share her adoration for the 37-year-old to the same publication during her pregnancy.

“My sister is an actual angel on earth. She’s one of the most caring, kind, humble, brilliant, stunningly beautiful, talented people,” Aliana shared.

“I’m not just saying that because she’s my sister.

“She’s incredible, and she’s a born mama. I love her so much, and I really look up to her so much.”

It was confirmed by Page Six on Monday that Lohan had given birth to Luai.

Her representative released a simple statement reading: “The family is over the moon in love.”

Lohan’s other siblings are Dakota and Michael Jr who has a two-year-old daughter called Isabel.

Aliana explained that her sister already has “so much” love for their nice and added: “I’m so happy for her”.

Lohan and Shammas met not too long after she moved to Dubai nearly seven years ago.

She said in 2018 that the move to Dubai gave her a “fresh start” and in February 2020, the pair went public with their relationship.

A year later, Shammas popped the question and they tied the knot in April 2022.
