Love Island’s Yewande Biala has revealed she was disciplined for “choking” Molly-Mae Hague in the villa.

The 23 year old explained how producers stepped in after she joked around about pretending to choke love rival Arabella Chi.

Yewande was left furious after beau Danny Williams cracked on with newcomer Arabella, and she was left reenacting how she would pretend “choke” her in the midst of the drama.

She told Closer: “I got told off a couple of times but it was mainly when I was upset about the whole Danny thing.”

She continued: “Molly asked me what I'd do to Arabella or why I was so angry and then I choked Molly and said I would do that to Arabella. That wasn't very nice.”

Yewande added that producers would “egg on” certain conversations between islanders, but wouldn’t get involved in what happened in the villa.

She explained: “If I was having a conversation with Amber saying how upset I was about a certain situation or about a certain person, and they might just be like, ‘Well if you feel that way wouldn't you have a conversation with that certain person?’”

Yewande’s confession comes after Sherif Lanre was kicked off the show for play fighting with Molly-Mae and accidentally kicking her in the groin.

Revealing the reason for his shock exit, Sherif told The Sun: “I did kick Molly-Mae in the groin area but it was an accident and she 100 per cent was not injured afterwards.

“She flinched and bent over to protect herself. Then she stood up and seemed fine and we started laughing about it.

“I turned to Tommy Fury and said, ‘That was a c*** punt.’”
