Luke Perry ‘s final resting place is reportedly on his Tennessee farm.

The Beverly Hills 90210 actor, who was 52 years old when he sadly passed away on March 4 after not regaining consciousness following a stroke, was cremated and his ashes scattered according to TMZ .

A family source reportedly told the publication that Luke’s ashes had been scattered in Vanleer, Tennessee where the 380-acre plot of land is located.

The death certificate listed the his burial as a funeral home in Dickson, but the owner confirmed that this was ‘not true’ as he ‘hadn’t passed through the facility’.


It now appears that the actor’s ashes were received in Dickson before being transferred 13 miles north to Vanleer.

Don Carter, owner of Taylor Funeral Home, in Dickson apparently ‘has no idea’ why his business was named on Perry’s death certificate and told The Blast it was ‘not true’ that they handled the burial .

They also operate Dickson County Memorial Gardens cemetery and Carter confirmed that Luke has not been laid to rest there.

The Blast also reported that The Cemetery Office for the City of Dickson have confirmed that Luke is not buried at the city’s other cemetery, Dickson Union Cemetery.

Luke, who also starred in Netflix’s teen series Riverdale, was a long-time resident of the state and had owned a farm there since 1995.

His death certificate confirmed Luke died from an ischemic cerebrovascular event – also known as a stroke – that occurred a week before he died in hospital.

According to the certificate, obtained by TMZ , Luke’s fiance Wendy Bauer is listed as his next of kin, or "informant".

Wendy was due to marry Luke this summer.

They had been together for 11 years and were finally planning to tie the knot in a lavish ceremony in front of friends and family in Los Angeles on August 17.
