Ulrika Jonsson took to Instagram to tell her followers she had gone commando while sat at home. In a selfie, the 53-year-old also showcased her natural face by posing with no make-up on. The presenter pouted to the camera as she appeared to be having a chilled afternoon on her sofa.

Ulrika ensured she only showed the top half of her body, in which she wore a black top with gold jewellery.

She wrote: “Naked face and no knickers. #Livingmybestmylife.”

The mother-of-five shared the picture on her Instagram Stories, in view of her 162,000 followers.

In an earlier post, Ulrika posted a picture of her laying on an electric blanket seeming content.

She wrote: “This is the face of the woman who sleeps on an electric blanket in July in England.

“It is also the face of the woman who decided to wash her dog in the bath, as opposed to the easy walk-in shower as usual.

“The moral of the story is, don’t be too ambitious, but like @helenglovergb said, ‘Trying and failing is not a problem as long as you try’.”

Many of her fans flocked to her post to comment.

One wrote: “I can picture it now.”

“Love this,” a second added, while a third penned: “Yep me too, love electric blanket.”

Ulrika’s post comes after she posed completely naked for a charity campaign last month.

The presenter was pictured holding onto a wheelbarrow as she sported nothing but wellies in her garden.

Ulrika strategically covered her private parts by turning her body to the side for the snap.

She gave a blank expression to the camera, posing with a flower in her hair.

Ulrika’s brave post was for a mental health campaign about men bereavement.

The ex Gladiators host wrote: “To mark us becoming 150k strong on this page, I’m baring myself for @strongmenorguk.

“Text STRONG to 70085 to donate £5 to help men cope with bereavement; open up and talk about grief. It’s never unmanly to talk.”

Ulrika was inundated with comments from many of her followers.

One wrote: “A real body, no filters, no airbrushing… finally!!”

A second commented: “I nearly dropped my phone!!!! You are looking amazing, body goals.”
