Naya Rivera’s ex-husband Ryan Dorsey headed to her mum’s home as the search for the actress continues.

The Glee star went missing on Wednesday, during a boat trip with their four-year-old son Josey, at Lake Piru in California.

A search and rescue mission has been underway ever since, with the 33-year-old now presumed dead.

And Ryan, 36, was spotted keeping his head down as he arrived at her mum’s home in LA, armed with food and bags, while the search continues.

Naya was last seen earlier this week as she rented a pontoon with little Josey, who was later found sleeping on board by another boat.

He said that he went swimming with his mum but that she never returned.

Ryan – who split from the Santana Lopez star in 2017 – rushed to his son’s side after his ordeal.

His housemate told the DailyMail.com: ‘Ryan headed up there as soon as their son was found to look after him. He was gone by the time I got home Wednesday.

‘It’s a horrible circumstance and we’re hoping for the best.’

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office has now released video footage from a remotely operated vehicle under the lake’s surface, showing the extremely low visibility conditions they have been battling.

‘Unfortunately, they did not locate Naya Rivera. They are still searching,’ Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Captain Eric Buschow said.

He described the situation as ‘difficult’ because ‘we don’t know if she’s going to be found five minutes from now or five days from now.’

Senior deputy Miguel Gonzalez told PA that police had not ruled out the possibility that Naya hit her head before drowning.

‘Unfortunately, until the body is recovered we definitely won’t know what actually happened with her,’ he said.

‘And until we recover the body we probably won’t find the answers to those questions.

‘As with any investigation, the coroner will examine those theories and examine toxicology and all the other exams they do to determine exactly the cause of death.’
