“Try to understand your partner and family more,” says Rai, founder, Let Us Talk.

While you may be busy with new people and relatives, it is also important to “spend time with your partner to share your feelings and communicate with him/her how you feel.”

For many of us, post-wedding anxiety may seem like a big word. But according to Rai, it helps if you are emotionally and mentally aware of what is happening to you.

Sharing some more tips for young couples, Rai highlights how you can cope with post wedding anxiety and stress.’
