Refuting claims of the Opposition on discrimination against north Karnataka, Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy on Thursday said, “While the allocation for Belagavi and Kalaburagi divisions is Rs. 9,501 crore and Rs. 5,560 crore, respectively, Bengaluru and Mysuru divisions have got Rs. 7,454 crore and Rs. 6,760 crore, respectively,” he said.
He promised to set up a mega dairy in Kolar and create more jobs in Hyderabad Karnataka region, and assured the members to enhance the allocation to the Department of Minorities.
