The valedictory of the six-month long ‘DalitaTejam – Telugu Desam’ will be held at Nellore on Saturday. The last leg of Telugu Desam Party’s Dalit outreach programme will culminate into a public meeting as the Dalita Chaitanya Rathams’ — the chariots of progress for Dalits from across the State — will reach Nellore by on the final day.

The party is estimating that more than one lakh people would attend the valedictory. The Chief Minister launched theprogramme focussing on the development of the Dalits, after reaching home from the Davos tour in January.
