Raghuveer Naik, divisional secretary of Valmiki Naik community, has alleged irregularities in recruitments to teaching and non-teaching posts by the University of Agricultural Science, Raichur, in 2017. He said on Thursday that Hanumath Naik was appointed assistant professor for the botanical department. The varsity, however, did not give him the appointment letter citing technical reasons. He alleged that this was done to make way for another candidate.
