Parents of the Baldwin Group of Schools once again staged a protest demanding that the management replace the textbooks issued to students with those prescribed by the Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) on Saturday.

The Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (KSCPCR) had recommended to the State government to withdraw the No Objection Certificate (NOC) of the parents as the school was allegedly forcing parents to cough up huge sums of money to buy textbooks from designated vendors.
