The Himachal Pradesh and Punjab police on Thursday launched a special drive to crack down on drugs in the hill State’s Kangra district that borders Punjab, a senior police officer said.

Special Superintendent of Police (Kangra) Santosh Patial informed that the joint operation was being conducted with the active assistance of Pathankot police within the jurisdiction of police station Nurpur and Indora to nab drug traffickers.
