The water level in th Papanasam Dam on Thursday stood at 112.75 feet (permissible level is 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 2,724.65 cusecs and 1,404.75 cusecs was discharged. The level of Manimuthar dam stood at 79.40 feet (118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 336 cusecs and 375 cusecs was discharged.
