Moreover, 1057 kg of ganja and 165 tonnes of red sandalwood worth Rs 97 crore have been seized. After Andhra Pradesh, Tripura stands in second position, where 10104.99 kilos of drugs and Narcotic substances have been seized.
While in Telangana, the forces have seized only 1012.04 kg of drugs, as per report. The huge amount of seizures indicates the intensity of the drug threat in Andhra Pradesh.
