IFC sells AU bank shares worth Rs. 201.6 crore

World Bank arm International Finance Corporation (IFC) sold 32 lakh shares of AU Small Finance Bank for Rs. 201.6 crore through an open market deal. However, the buyer could not be ascertained immediately. According to BSE data, International Finance Corporation FDI AC offloaded a 32 lakh shares amounting to 1.12% stake in AU SFB. At the end of March, IFC held 7.95% in the company.
