A special assembly was organised to commemorate Mandela Day at Saraswathi Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School. A number of events were organised to create awareness on the life and principles of Nelson Mandela, the south African leader. While three students of class XI made a portrait of Mandela in canvas, a class X student presented the important facets of his life and contribution during the assembly.
