Coronation Street actress Charlotte Jordan has shown off her rarely-seen boyfriend in a behind the scenes snap.<\/p>\n

Charlotte, who plays Daisy Midgeley in the ITV soap, took to her Instagram story on Sunday, 3 September, to post the shot of her boyfriend Paul with her on-screen boyfriend Robert Mallard, who plays Daniel Osbourne.<\/p>\n

The trio were outside taking in the sunshine, and it appeared that Paul was looking over a script as Rob watched on.<\/p>\n

Alongside the image, the 28 year old wrote: "Real bae runs lines with fake bae."<\/p>\n

Paul isn't actually an actor, but in 2020, he made a quick cameo appearance on the cobbles.<\/p>\n

During the Coronavirus pandemic, the stars had to social distance during filming, and that is when Paul made his Corrie debut.<\/p>\n

Previously, Charlotte explained that to The Sun: "They roped my boyfriend in because we're shooting socially distanced.<\/p>\n

"He's not an actor, but he grew up watching Coronation Street.<\/p>\n

"It was really fun just to see his little face when he looked at all the sets and stuff. It was very sweet. It was lovely."<\/p>\n

Charlotte has previously told how Paul's family are big fans of the show, and they often ask her what's coming for her character.<\/p>\n

The actress joined the cast in 2020, and she quickly became one of the most controversial characters on the famous street.<\/p>\n

Daisy is the stepdaughter of Rovers landlady, Jenny Connor, and she works behind the bar in the pub.<\/p>\n

She has been at the centre of one of the biggest storylines in recent years, as she was stalked by Justin Rutherford, which resulted in a terrifying acid attack on her wedding day.<\/p>\n

Ryan Connor stepped in and ended up getting hit with most of the acid, leaving him with a number of scars on his face and body.<\/p>\n

Since the attack, Daisy catfished Ryan by pretending to be someone that he was previously talking to.<\/p>\n

She claimed that she was doing it to help him following the attack, but when the truth came out, it destroyed Ryan and their friendship.<\/p>\n

Fans hated Daisy for the storyline, and the comments made Charlotte decide to stay clear of social media for a while.<\/p>\n

However, in recent weeks and months, Daisy has worked hard to put that behind her, and she has made amends with Ryan while also moving into her own place with fiancee, Daniel.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
