Issuing a statement on social media, Drew made a U-turn, revealing she would be postponing going back into production during the strike.<\/p>\n
She said: I have listened to everyone, and I am making the decision to pause the show’s premiere until the strike is over.<\/p>\n
“I have no words to express my deepest apologies to anyone I have hurt and, of course, to our incredible team who works on the show and has made it what it is today.<\/p>\n
“We really tried to find our way forward. And I truly hope for a resolution for the entire industry very soon.”<\/p>\n

More info<\/p>\n Earlier in the week, the Never Been Kissed actress posted a video apologising for her decision for her talk show to return while protests continue.<\/p>\n She tearfully stated that she takes “full responsibility” for her actions but the video on Instagram, as well as a post announcing that filming will continue, have since been deleted.<\/p>\n It is reported that in the original video, she told her followers: \u201cI believe there\u2019s nothing I can do or say in this moment to make it ok.<\/p>\n “I know there is just nothing I can do that will make this ok to those that it is not ok with. I fully accept that. I fully understand that.”<\/p>\n Drew continued: \u201cThere are so many reasons why this is so complex, and I just want everyone to know my interns have never been in a place to upset or hurt anymore. It\u2019s not who I am.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been through so many ups and downs in my life, and this is one of them.<\/p>\n “I deeply apologise to writers, I deeply apologise to unions, I deeply apologise.\u201d<\/p>\n
