Harry Potter star Bonnie Wright has given birth to a baby boy.<\/p>\n

Bonnie, who played Ginny Weasley in the magical franchise, welcomed her first child with husband Andrew Lococo at home on 19th September. <\/p>\n

The 32 year old announced her baby boy's arrival on Wednesday as she shared an adorable picture on Instagram and revealed his unique name \u2013 Elio Ocean Wright.<\/p>\n

She wrote alongside the sweet picture of her son: "Say hello to Elio Ocean Wright Lococo born at home on Tuesday 19th September.<\/p>\n

"We\u2019re all healthy and happy. Andrew and I are so in love with our sun! [sun emoji] So grateful for our birth team that have held our hands throughout and made the journey so joyous and expanding. Birth is the wildest experience!"<\/p>\n

She added: "Birth workers are amazing ! Lastly thanks to Andrew my rock throughout birth quite literally as I squeezed onto you so tight and you never wavered. Elio has the most tender loving papa. Ok hormonal emotional extra long caption over!"<\/p>\n

Ginny's co-star Evanna Lynch, who played Luna Lovegood, was one of the first to send a sweet message of congratulations. <\/p>\n

She commented: "Awwww congratulations Bonnie and Andrew!!! Welcome to Earth, Elio Ocean!!! ps. Hermione\u2019s birthday twin, I\u2019m sure you\u2019ve been told!!"<\/p>\n

Scarlett Hefner, who played Slytherin student Pansy Parkinson, wrote: "Congratulations!! Welcome Elio, he\u2019s beautiful."<\/p>\n

Ginny and Andrew shared their exciting baby news back in April, as she showed off her bump.<\/p>\n

She added in the caption: "We\u2019re having a baby! So excited to share this beautiful land with them. What a wild and humbling journey pregnancy is, transforming to make space for new life.<\/p>\n

"Andrew and I can\u2019t wait to meet our baby later this year and become parents. It feels like they\u2019re coming to say hello in the little rainbow orb across my belly."<\/p>\n

Bonnie starred in all eight Harry Potter films as Ginny and has since gone on to feature in several independent titles and launch a career as a director. She has worked on making short films with her production company and also directed music videos, including for Scarlett Johansson's song Iguana Bird.<\/p>\n

Bonnie is also a sustainability expert, and has shared her expert knowledge on the matter during an appearance on ITV's This Morning.<\/p>\n

As an avid environmental activist, she released her first book last year, which was titled: Go Gently: Actionable Steps to Nurture Yourself and the Planet.<\/p>\n

Bonnie explained that her love for sustainability affected her wedding planning when she married her husband.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was important to reflect our love for the environment and use sustainable materials instead of any single-use packaging, lean into our creativity and make things ourselves, and source everything as locally and seasonally as possible,\u201d she told Brides magazine.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
