David Beckham fondly praised daughter Harper yesterday as he shared a photo of himself and his little girl after the pair’s organic farming session.
The Beckhams live in a luxurious £12 million mansion in the rural heart of the Cotswolds, near Chipping Norton and the chic Soho Farmhouse Hotel – and David has begun to grow his own vegetables on-site.
The 48-year-old proudly told his almost 86 million Instagram followers: “And so the organic farming begins with my little helper!”
Showering the post with honey pot emojis, he revealed he was going for a “quick check on my bees”, before adding emojis for broccoli, carrots, tomatoes and garlic – giving fans the impression that he has very well-stocked gardens.
Meanwhile, little Harper, who recently began secondary school, posed next to her dad in a casual outfit of jeans and wellington boots.

“Thanks mummy for the picture,” wrote David, tagging his fashion entrepreneur wife Victoria.
David and Harper’s farming adventures were liked by more than a million fans since he posted a snapshot of his activities yesterday.
“U R out of this world DB!!! love how much you love your family and how important they are in your life! I love your Netflix docu! and now I love you even more!” wrote one fan, @xcastaneda. (sic)
Another, @fabfabin, chimed in: “Harper is definitely a daddy’s girl.”

@drbeedee added: “In a world navigating responses to climate change, it is great to see examples of doing the age old good stuff that connects us to land and nature.”
David hasn’t been immersed in the world of farming for long, as it was reported just a few months ago that he’d requested planning permission to install a greenhouse and kitchen garden on his land.
His plush pad already has a football pitch on site with its own stand for spectators, alongside an outdoor pool and a sauna, but it is believed that he is now starting to turn his mind towards nurturing the outdoors.
His planning permission application was approved in July, although plans for a temporary access road to allow workers in received some objections from neighbours at the time.
As well as growing his own veg, David has drastically overhauled his eating habits in recent years, having shared details of his meat-free diet on Instagram back in 2020.
Revealing that he’d sworn off meat for a few weeks at the time, the retired Manchester United player admitted it had been a challenge but said he’d found it “enjoyable”.
Meanwhile, as Harper joins in with David’s passions for football and gardening, he’s allowed her to share her interests too, famously agreeing to let her apply makeup to his face on Instagram.
“Daddy apparently needed a little powder and contouring (not sure what that means but I looked better whatever it was)…My little makeup artist!” he exclaimed.
