GMB: Susanna Reid comments on Nella Rose’s IAC arguments
She may be causing up a storm on this year’s I’m A Celebrity, but prior to her appearance on the ITV show, Nella Rose went through a weight loss transformation.
The 26-year-old dropped two dress sizes in 2019 and took to social media to show off her new look.
The influencer said she wasn’t happy with the way she looked while taking part in several fashion campaigns.
Speaking on her YouTube channel, she explained: “I felt like I was overweight. I felt like my fat was changing the way I looked.”
However, Nella insisted that even when she was size 16, she still “loved herself” and advocated for loving the body you’re in.

The Youtube star also revealed how she lost the weight and she gave an insight into her transformation.
Nella said she worked with Protein World on a fitness plan as well as carrying out intermittent fasting, which meant she stopped eating from 4pm.
She would also do 30 minute gym sessions daily in order to achieve her transformation goals.
The Channel 4 star sparked a backlash from fans after her on-screen spat with Fred Sirieix earlier this week.

Fans of the Australia-based show claimed she “over-reacted” during the argument which left their fellow campmates feeling awkward.
After the row, bookmakers seem to think she will be the first to leave the show once the eliminations begin.
According to William Hill, Nella is now the favourite to leave the ITV series fronted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.
The comedian did have odds of 12/1 to win the show, but following Tuesday night’s instalment, it has shot up to odds of 66/1 – putting her amongst the most likely contestants to depart the show first.
Josie Gibson remains the 2/1 favourite to win the show, with Sam Thompson (5/2) and Fred (6/1) making up the top three.
