Salma Hayek posts to celebrate 25 million followers

Salma Hayek became famous for her incredible figure at the start of her career in 1996 when she starred in Quentin Tarantino’s From Dusk Till Dawn.

Now as she celebrates her 57th birthday, the mum-of-one’s figure is still as in shape as ever and she routinely flaunts it in numerous bikini snaps she shares on Instagram.

Fans have been left scratching their heads over just how she’s managed to maintain her age-defying looks.

“I like yoga and invented an exercise routine that is five minutes and works my entire body.

“You are sore the next day but when you are doing it you don’t feel it,” she explained as reported by The Mirror.

The star also previously admitted that her hectic 16-hour-a-day schedule means she rarely has time for the gym.

“I don’t have time to exercise. I am working,” she told People. “I’ve had some 20-hour days.”

She also shared another non-workout secret adding: “I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long.

“So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.”

“It’s restorative yoga,” she explained. “She taught me to tone [my muscles] without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have.”

Last week, the Black Mirror star delighted her 26.3 million Instagram followers by posting a stunning swimsuit snap on the social media platform.

Salma showed off her curves in a green Gucci swimsuit as she posed with a cocktail in hand, with the image captioned: “Margaritas taste better in Mexico.”

The star had been enjoying a late summer getaway in Los Cabos and earlier in the week, she had posted a photo of herself posing in front of a beach and drinking from a coconut, while wearing a purple bikini underneath a sheer cover-up dress with light green and lilac panels.

The Mexican star also posted a series of images of herself riding a horse on the beach in Mexico during sunset.

Salma was on holiday with her billionaire husband Francois-Henri Pinault, 61, and their blended family.
